The eCase® Catering module provides the ability to accurately cost procurement, manage menus and report on nutritional values. It allows for the creation of rotating menus, either seasonal, weekly or ongoing, based on an organisation’s requirements.
eCase® Catering is deeply integrated with all the existing aspects of the eCase® Clinical modules. The integration points include but are not limited to, general dietary requirements, movement, allergies, texture, likes and dislikes, diagnoses and personalised equipment needs.
eCase® Catering ensures the safe delivery of food services for residents whilst also providing choice and preference for meals. A sophisticated reporting function allows management to review their clients dietary overview and summaries, meal orders and ingredient prices, menu schedules and more.
